The Fine Print
*All prices are subject to change . Gratuituies are not included but are appreciated. There is an additional charge for each additional creative assistant over what is included in the package. 1 assistant is required for parties up to 12 children, 2 are required for parties of 13-15 children, 3 are required for parties of 16-20, 4 are required for parties of 21 or more.
DJ Music Option 1 includes 45 minutes of DJ, fun giveaways, organized games and bubbles. DJ Music Option 2 includes 1.5 hours of DJ/MC with fun giveaways, dancing assistants, organized games, parachute, music toys, bubbles and more. Based on availability. Some activities are contingent on available space. Art smocks are provided for use during the party and must be returned. Tables for art only are not provided without advance notice and are based on availability.
There is a $5 fee for each table we provide. We serve Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, and Dutchess Counties as well as parts of NJ and Connecticut. Travel outside of these areas will require a fee of $50. Sales tax may be extra. Please inquire. A $100 deposit is required at time of booking and is non refundable if within 30 days of your event. Should your event require rescheduling we just ask you work with us based on availability.
Art choices should be decided at time of booking. Final headcount and invoice will be generated 5 days before your event. This is what you are financially responsible for. If there are additional guests not accounted for, they will be added the day of the event. Face painting for larger parties requires more time than smaller parties. Designs may be limited due to time constraints. All face paints and glitters are hypoallergenic and FDA approved. Custom packages are available upon request. Invitations are available upon request.
